RadioMatic privacy statement

To the website

Version 1.0, 3 August 2026. This statement covers this website only, radiomatic.ai, and what we measure here. The RadioMatic service itself is covered by a separate data processing agreement, which you receive when you take out a subscription.

That distinction matters. This sales page uses analytics and advertising cookies so that we know which campaign works, but only after you have given consent. The service itself, meaning the RadioMatic dashboard and the stream in your business, contains no ad pixels and no third-party trackers; it runs entirely on European infrastructure. The “no trackers” promise on this page refers to that product, not to this website.

1. Controller

SmartLabel B.V. is the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in Dutch: AVG). RadioMatic is a trade name under which SmartLabel B.V. offers this service; it is not a separate legal entity. All rights and obligations therefore rest with SmartLabel B.V..

  • SmartLabel B.V., trading under the brand SmartLabel.media
  • Boterdiep 71, 9712 LL Groningen, the Netherlands
  • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 86253344
  • [email protected] · 050 201 33 07

For questions about this statement or about your data you can also go straight to [email protected].

2. Consent first

We only place or read cookies and similar techniques once you have given consent in the cookie banner. Until then, no measurement or advertising script is loaded at all. If you choose “necessary only”, it stays that way. This follows from Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via . If you withdraw consent we delete the cookies concerned and reload the page so the scripts actually stop. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before that moment.

3. What we measure, and with which parties

If you consent to statistics, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, which source you arrive from and where visitors drop off. We use this to improve the site.

If you consent to marketing, we also use Google Ads, the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. With those we measure which ad leads to a request and we can show you a relevant ad on those platforms. In doing so, data such as your IP address, browser and device data, pages visited and click behaviour are processed, and a profile may be built for advertising purposes.

A full overview of the individual cookies, their purpose and their retention period can be found under .

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Google, Meta and LinkedIn are established in the United States and may process your data there. That transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023, supplemented by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We point out that the level of protection in the United States may nevertheless differ from the European one. If you want to avoid this, refuse the marketing cookies.

5. Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps technical log files containing, among other things, your IP address, the address requested, the time and your browser type. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the security and availability of the website. These logs are not used to build profiles and are deleted after fourteen days at most. The web server is located in the Netherlands.

6. If you contact us

The buttons on this site open your own email program or phone app; there is no form on the page. If you email or call us, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, company name, email address, phone number and whatever else you put in your message. The legal basis is the performance of, or the steps leading up to, an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as it is relevant, and at most two years after the last contact. If it leads to an agreement, the statutory seven-year record-keeping obligation applies to the financial data.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. Besides the advertising parties named above, we engage service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our hosting provider and our email provider. Data processing agreements have been concluded with those parties. Disclosure to other third parties only takes place where a statutory obligation requires it.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data (Article 15 GDPR);
  • have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16 GDPR);
  • have your data erased (Article 17 GDPR);
  • have the processing restricted (Article 18 GDPR);
  • receive your data in a commonly used format (Article 20 GDPR);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing (Article 21 GDPR);
  • withdraw your consent at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR).

Send a request to [email protected]. We respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your request, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

9. Fonts and external sources

The fonts on this site are loaded from our own server. No request goes to Google Fonts or any other external font domain, and your IP address is not shared for that purpose.

10. Security

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS). Access to the administration of the site is limited to staff who need it and is protected with two-factor authentication.

11. Changes

We update this statement when the website or the way we work changes. The current version is always on this page, with a version number and date at the top. If the cookie categories change materially, we will ask you to make a choice again.
