Because the music is made with AI, in the Netherlands you pay nothing to Buma/Stemra and Sena. There is no composer and no performer, and we check every track ourselves with audio fingerprinting, like Shazam, and our own software.
No protected work at the source
Our music comes from a generative AI model built by a third party. The model maker states publicly that it is trained exclusively on royalty-free or licence-free catalogues, public domain material and commissioned or licensed work.
No commercial phonogram
Sena collects on behalf of performing artists and record labels for playing commercially released phonograms. Our tracks are not that. They are generated for a single station, never released, and have no performing artist or producer.
